On October 7, we launched our Maiden Industry Report on one of Nigeria’s most urgent challenges: Brain Drain and Tech Skills Shortage in Nigeria: Navigating the ‘Japa’ Wave. It was also the launch of the NUTM Tech Leaders Club.
The event brought together voices from across policy, academia, and industry to discuss practical, data-backed solutions to help Nigeria retain and grow its top tech talent.
